In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "cd999", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the cd999 platform and its operating entity, licensed under international gaming authority.
• "Platform" means the cd999 website at cd999.asia and all associated services, products, and interfaces accessible through it.
• "User", "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account with cd999 or accesses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal registered account held by a User on the cd999 Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means PKR funds deposited by the User and held in the User's cd999 account wallet.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds credited to a User's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, including identity, age, and address verification.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, casino, financial, and support services provided by cd999.

By accessing the cd999 Platform, creating an account, or using any Service provided by cd999, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained in these Terms, you must immediately cease using the cd999 Platform.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall govern.

Access to and use of the cd999 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.

cd999 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Where proof of age is requested and not provided within the timeframe stipulated by cd999, the account may be suspended and access to funds withheld pending verification.

Each eligible individual may register one account only on the cd999 Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your national identity document (CNIC), a valid Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, and date of birth. Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cd999 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. cd999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You must notify cd999 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

cd999 is required under its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all registered accounts. KYC verification may be requested at any time, including but not limited to: at account registration, prior to first withdrawal, upon deposit of significant sums, or where cd999 has reasonable grounds to verify account holder identity.

KYC documents that cd999 may request include:

• A clear copy of a valid national identity document (CNIC or Passport).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing registered name).
• Source of funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the stipulated timeframe will result in account restriction and suspension of withdrawal processing until verification is completed. cd999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory KYC completion.

All financial transactions on the cd999 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). cd999 accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Allied Bank Transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20.

cd999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in the name of the cd999 account holder. cd999 may reverse any deposit received from a third-party source and return funds to the originating account.

cd999 does not charge deposit processing fees. Any applicable fees charged by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or payment intermediary are the responsibility of the User.

Minimum deposit amounts and any deposit limits applicable to specific payment methods are displayed in the cd999 cashier at the time of deposit. cd999 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit amounts with reasonable notice.

All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring. cd999 reserves the right to request documentation regarding the source of funds where transaction patterns require further review under AML compliance obligations.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, wherever technically possible. cd999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the account holder's name.

Completed KYC verification is a mandatory precondition for all withdrawal requests. cd999 will not process any withdrawal from an account with incomplete KYC documentation on file.

Withdrawal processing times at cd999 are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours for verified accounts; bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank) are processed within 2 to 24 hours during business days.

Bonus balances are not withdrawable unless applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Where a withdrawal request is submitted from a combined real money and bonus balance account, cd999 will process the real money portion subject to bonus terms conditions.

cd999 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, referral bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to their specific Terms and Conditions, which are published alongside each offer and must be read before opt-in.

General bonus rules applicable across all cd999 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times via different accounts constitute bonus abuse.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• cd999 reserves the right to exclude specific games or betting markets from wagering requirement contribution calculations. Contribution rates per game category are published in the promotional terms.
• Bonuses have defined expiry periods. Any bonus balance and associated winnings not utilised before expiry will be removed from the account without compensation.

Players are responsible for reading applicable game rules before wagering.

cd999's RNG-based games operate on independently certified random number generator systems. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all slot titles are available in the game information panel. Live dealer games are conducted under multi-camera studio surveillance by professional dealers.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game disconnection, or system error during a gaming session, cd999 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return wagers to the player's account. cd999 shall not be liable for losses incurred as a result of technical faults beyond its reasonable control.

Bet limits apply to all games. Minimum and maximum bet amounts are displayed within each game interface. cd999 reserves the right to place maximum win caps on specific games or game categories.

cd999 offers a sports betting product covering cricket (including PSL, Pakistan internationals, ICC events), football, kabaddi, UFC, and other sports. Sports betting terms are governed by these General Terms and Conditions and by the specific sportsbook rules published within the cd999 betting interface.

All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. cd999 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from technical error, data feed failure, or human error. Palpable error voids will be communicated to affected players with a full refund of the stake.

In-play (live) bets are accepted at cd999's discretion. cd999 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any market at any time without notice, including but not limited to periods of unclear game situations, pending match officials' decisions, or data feed disruptions.

Where a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the rescheduling window specified in the sportsbook rules, bets placed on that event will be voided and stakes returned.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cd999 Platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to applicable authorities:

• Registration of more than one account per individual.
• Provision of false identity, age, address, or payment information.
• Money laundering, fraud, or use of the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Use of software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or other automated systems to gain unfair advantage over other players or to exploit Platform systems.
• Collusion between players in live casino or poker environments.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or payment processing vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Systematic bonus abuse, including use of multiple accounts or coordinated group abuse of promotional offers.

cd999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, or where required to do so by applicable law or licensing authority requirements.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, cd999 will notify the account holder via their registered email address or mobile number within a reasonable timeframe. The account holder has the right to respond to suspension notices by contacting cd999 support and providing any information requested.

Where an account is permanently closed due to confirmed Terms breach, cd999 reserves the right to withhold balances that are directly associated with the breach. Funds not associated with any prohibited activity will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method following completion of any investigation.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their cd999 account may do so by contacting support at any time. Voluntary account closure does not affect the user's right to receive any eligible remaining real money balance.

cd999 is committed to responsible gaming and player welfare. All cd999 Services are intended for entertainment purposes. Gambling should not be used as a means to generate income or to recover financial losses.

cd999 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Planned and unplanned maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events may affect Platform availability. cd999 will use reasonable endeavours to restore service as quickly as possible following any outage.

cd999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered Users via the email address on file or via a notice displayed on the Platform at login. Amended Terms become effective on the date stated in the notification.

Your continued use of the cd999 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Article 12.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cd999 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the cd999 dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration institution.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
